The tariff in detail - The budget model

ottonova's CrewCare tariff setting allows employers to optimally use different annual health budgets individually and flexibly for single employee groups. A total of five different budget levels are available, with all offering the same benefits.

*Premiums are independent of the age of the insured person. Exemption from premium payment is possible for a maximum of 12 months per child during parental leave, family care leave, sabbatical, or long-term unemployment.

Employees have an annual budget of € 200 for digital health applications. It increases by € 25 per budget level.

Medically prescribed aids, such as hearing aids, crutches, or wheelchairs, are insured at 100%, including any co-payments.
