Teilnahmebedingungen

1. Die Aktion „Freunde werben“ betrifft die ottonova Krankenversicherung AG („ottonova“), Ottostraße 4 in 80333 München, Deutschland, für ihre Tarife der Vollversicherungen und der Zusatzversicherungen. Mit der Teilnahme an dieser Aktion werden die folgenden Bedingungen ausdrücklich anerkannt. ottonova behält sich das Recht vor, die Aktion jederzeit in Teilen oder insgesamt zu modifizieren, zu unterbrechen bzw. zu beenden.

2. Die Teilnahme an der Aktion ist kostenlos und unabhängig vom Erwerb einer Ware oder Dienstleistung sowie unabhängig von einem Abschluss einer Versicherung durch/für dich und hat keinerlei Einfluss auf bestehende Versicherungsverträge. Teilnahmeberechtigt ist jede Person, soweit dieser/diese zum Zeitpunkt der Teilnahme das 18. Lebensjahr vollendet und eine Bankverbindung im Sepa-Raum hat; Mitarbeiter von ottonova und der anderen ottonova-Gesellschaften sowie deren jeweilige Angehörige sind von der Teilnahme jedoch ausgeschlossen.

3. Wenn du jemanden als Kundin/Kunden von ottonova gewinnen möchtest, verschickst du den zu diesem Zweck von uns generierten Link, sofern dem Erhalt des Links zuvor ausdrücklich zugestimmt wurde. Bitte beachte, dass Freundschaftswerbung nur zu privaten Zwecken zulässig ist und keine Beratung in Versicherungsangelegenheiten stattfinden darf.

Datenschutz:

Wenn du an unserem „Freunde werben“ Programm teilnimmst, generieren wir für dich einen persönlichen Link, den du an deine Freunde und Bekannte weiterleiten kannst. Dieser Link enthält eine Kennung, durch die wir dich beim Abschluss eines Versicherungsvertrages durch deinen Freund/in oder Bekannten identifizieren können. Diese Kennung kann nur von ottonova zu deiner Person zugeordnet werden, um dir einen Versicherungsabschluss zuordnen zu können und eine Auszahlung, bei Erfüllung der Teilnahmebedingungen, anweisen zu können. Die Kennung besteht aus zufällig generierten Zeichen (z.B. 9asd37s3n). Für weitere Informationen siehe auch: www.ottonova.de/datenschutz.

4. Wenn deine „Namhaftmachung“ erfolgreich ist und folgende Konditionen vorliegen, erhältst du für den Abschluss deines Freundes (Neukunde) einer Krankenvollversicherung eine Honorierung in Höhe von EUR 200,00, einer Vollversicherung für Beihilfeempfänger, Beamtenanwärter oder Studenten eine Honorierung in Höhe von EUR 100,00 sowie für den Abschluss einer Zahn- oder Krankenhauszusatzversicherung eine Honorierung in Höhe von EUR 50,00: Der Neukunde hat bis zum 31.12.2024 einen Versicherungsvertrag bei ottonova durch Policierung (entscheidend ist das Datum der Zustellung der Police beim Neukunden in dessen App) abgeschlossen und zum Vertragsabschluss deinen versandten Link verwendet; die Widerrufsfrist dieses Versicherungsvertrages ist abgelaufen und die erste Prämie zu diesem Versicherungsvertrag bei ottonova eingegangen.

5. Der Betrag wird binnen 6 Wochen nach Vorliegen aller Voraussetzungen nach Ziff. 4 auf das Konto ausbezahlt, das du bei der „Freunde werben“ Anmeldung angegeben hast. Eine Barauszahlung des Betrages ist ausgeschlossen.

6. Du selbst kannst dich nicht werben; Verträge, bei denen du selbst Versicherungsnehmer oder die versicherte Person bist, sind ausgeschlossen. Für bereits abgeschlossene Verträge können nachträglich keine Prämien vergütet werden. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.

Bitte beachte, dass Freundschaftswerbung nur zu privaten Zwecken zulässig ist und keine Beratung in Versicherungsangelegenheiten stattfinden darf. Dies bedeutet insbesondere, dass sich deine Tätigkeit auf eine reine Namhaftmachung von ottonova beschränkt.

Refer a Friend promotion

Conditions of Participation:

1. ottonova Krankenversicherung AG ("ottonova"), Ottostrasse 4, 80333 Munich, Germany is involved in the "Refer a Friend" promotion for its comprehensive and supplementary insurance tariffs. By participating in this promotion, the following terms and conditions are expressly acknowledged. ottonova reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the promotion in whole, or in part at any time.

2. Participation in the promotion is free and independent of the purchase of goods or services as well as conclusion of an insurance policy by/for you, or influence on existing insurance policies. Every policyholder is entitled to participate provided they are over 18 years of age and have a bank account within sepa zone at the time of participation; however, employees of ottonova and affiliated companies and their respective relatives are excluded from participation.

3. If you would like to introduce ottonova to a new customer, send them a personal link from your ottonova App with the provision they have expressly agreed to receive it beforehand. Please note that referring a friend is only permitted for private purposes and no advice on insurance matters may be given.

Privacy Policy:

When you participate in our "Refer a Friend" program, we generate a personal link for you to forward to your friends and acquaintances that contains a code allowing us to identify you when they agree to an insurance contract. This code can only be allocated to your person by ottonova in order to assign an insurance contract and to instruct a payment if the conditions of participation are fulfilled. The code consists of randomly generated characters (e.g. 9asd37s3n). For more information, see also www.ottonova.de/datenschutz.

4. You will receive the following reward for concluding the following insurance contracts by your friend (new customer): (1) an award of € 200 for conclusion of a comprehensive health insurance policy for your friend (new customer), (2) an award of € 100 for conclusion of a comprehensive insurance policy for civil servants or students, (3) an award of € 50 for conclusion of a supplementary dental or hospital insurance policy.

The award is paid if the following conditions are met: The new customer must agree to an insurance contract with ottonova no later than 31.12.2024 by means of a policy (date of delivery of the policy to the new customer in the App is the deciding factor) and used your link to agree the contract; the cancellation period for this insurance contract has expired and the first premium for this insurance contract has been received by ottonova.

5. The award(s) will be paid within 6 weeks after all conditions (see item 4) have been met to the account held by ottonova with you as the account holder. If ottonova does not have your account details, you must inform them in good time in chat or email so that payment(s) can be made. Cash payments are not made.

6. You cannot refer yourself; contracts where you are the policyholder or the insured person are excluded. No premiums can be paid retroactively for contracts already concluded. Legal action is excluded.

Please note that referring a friend is only permitted for private purposes and no advice on insurance matters may be given, basically your activity is limited to simply recommending ottonova.
